Labour and visits are included. Parts are charged separately at discounted contract rates, and we always ask before replacing anything.
Plans run for 12 months and are billed monthly or yearly. You can move up a plan at any time.
Business plans get phone support six days a week. Enterprise plans include 24/7 response for critical faults such as a server or internet outage.
